JYOTI RESINS AND ADHESIVES LTD. is a manufacturer of synthetic resin adhesives. The Company manufactures various types of Wood Adhesives (White glue) under the brand name of EURO 7000.Today Euro7000 is the Second largest brand in India for high grade & Premium synthetic resin adhesives.

We have staff requirement as below :

Position : Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager

Locations : Hyderabad (Telangana), Ludhiana (Punjab), Mumbai (All areas)

Qualification : MBA Marketing/ Any Graduate

Experience : Min. 7 years relevant experience

Salary : Up to 11 LPA

Job Description :

• Planning, monitoring and achieving Territory Target, Product wise and be accountable for the overall team performance.
• Handling & supervising Distributors, Dealers/Retailers (Plywood, Hardware & Paints Channel) and carpenters and keeping overall Outstanding/ OD in control.
• Responsible to search and appoint new distributors/dealers/retailers.
• Travel throughout the assign territory and visit the distributor and retailers on recurring basis.
• Team formation and management, guiding, monitoring, motivate the field sales Executive for achieving secondary sales target.
• Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services.
• Planning for Primary and Secondary sales target achievement (Quarterly, Monthly Weekly and Daily).
• Monitor/Observe the industry competitors, new product and market conditions etc. and update to HO.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
• Generating Sales Report Monthly

Skills :

• Knowledge of Primary & Secondary Sales.
• Knowledge of Territory and Geography and local language.
• Knowledge of Market Mapping, Marketing Scheme and promotional activities.
• Experience of Team Handling is must.
• Knowledge of sales management software is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting, documentation and Presentation.
• Must possess effective communication & Negotiation skills.
• Must be Well Groomed and Presentable.
• Self-Motivated & Target Oriented.
• Must possess 2 wheeler & driving license.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
