Job Description

Position Title: Talent Coordinator

Location: Banjara hills, Road no 2, Near Jubilee Check post

Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am (Night shifts)

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Talent Coordinator is to support all Human Resources related functions including to customer service skills, compensation, policies and procedures, benefits, employee engagement.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates and coordinates the hiring of qualifies applicants; collaborates with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship building with potential hires.
  • Oversees job posting platforms and communications for open positions.
  • Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation process, including new hire setup and appropriate accesses.
  • Supports employee engagement, corporate social responsibility, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Maintains confidential personnel records for employees including personnel actions, disciplinary actions, pay changes, medical records, and training records.
  • HR contact for employment-related inquiries from employees, to answer questions in regards to policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Conducts or acquires drug screens, background checks, and employee eligibility verifications in collaboration with the HR/Compliance manager.
  • Maintains a current a job description for employees.
  • Coordinates and conducts off-boarding meetings, processes, and exit interviews.

  • Knowledge of current federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Warm personality experienced in developing relationships.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Time management skills and ability to reach with appropriate levels of urgency to different situations and events.
  • Strong organizational skills, including disciplined follow up and follow through of the assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but within a strategic framework.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments at the same time; and know how to prioritize them.
  • Proficient user of computer-based tools to accomplish tasks, communicate and collaborate with others.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field OR equivalent experience in Customer Service/Human Resources required.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service
  • Basic level in Microsoft Office Suite required
