Hi We have openings for Senior Project Management Consultant I or Scrum Master for Bangalore and Noida Locations 15days joiners
Role & responsibilities
Experience: 6-12 yrs
Location: Bangalore and Noida
Notice Period: 15days -20days
Skills: Scrum Master or Project Management , Lead,Capacity Planning, Resource loading, Agile Methodologies, Scrum at Scale, CSM / PSM Certification,
JIRA, confiuence, Stakeholder management
- Lead and serve project team as Scrum Master.
- Own PC planning activities like Capacity Planning, Resource loading, GEMBA Walk in partnership with Leads & Product Owners
- Support Product Owners to create and refine product backlogs to ensure readiness for upcoming sprint(s)
- Own all key scrum ceremonies including the facilitation of stand-ups, stakeholder demos, retrospectives, scrum-of-scrums meetings
- Proactively clear impediments, identify risks, issues, dependencies and work with relevant teams to address them. Provide visibility to leadership around status of deliverables highlighting risks & benefits
- Establish program management practices, standards and metrics. Review quality metrics and address root causes for defects
- Manage, Measure & monitor all program activities and provide operational support. Own the demo plan in partnership with Test team
- Work on multiple assignments of varying nature as per organizational needs.
- Drive execution and demonstrate end to end ownership of complex projects and deliver continuous improvement on engagements.
Must have Skills
- 6-12 yrs experience in project management gained through managing large and complex projects
- Project management, Agile Methodologies, Scrum at Scale, CSM / PSM Certification
- Data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience utilizing Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), MS Office
- Excellent communication, organization, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Superior Stakeholder management skillsPreferred candidate profile
