• Should be able to handle customer queries over phone.
• Maintain record of customer information & Feedback #Should have proactive approach & can think out of the box to. help customers.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good Communication (Verbal & Written both)
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• HSC with at least 7 months of experience on paper can apply.

Job Benefits & Perks
