8 to 10 yrs of relevant exp Tomcat, Apache and Linux support- Mandatory.
Knowledge of SQL, Shell scripting, SSL and TLS.
Middleware Knowledge is a must.
Understanding of Web Request on above Web Servers.
Would be required to support release application fixes and major/minor releases.
Need to possess diagnosing and solving software faults skill.
Responsible to report and track post product bugs, fixes and enhancement related along with product development team.
Responsible to work on updating incident, remediation task, Problem root cause analysis task in ServiceNow application.
Required to participate in change management activities.
Should possess ability to communicate with end users and capture tickets/incidents related to application over phone/IM.
Should be available for on-call support as needed.
Responding to call outs in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
BE Computer Science or related technical degree or work experience.
Should have experience on working on highly available system either in on-premise hosting or cloud hosting model.
