Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle R12 Functional Consultant with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Procurement, and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in Oracle technologies and hands-on knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules. This role requires strong functional expertise in business processes, system configurations, and end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into Oracle R12 solutions.
- Configure and support Order to Cash (O2C), Procurement, and Inventory Management modules.
- Provide functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules including OM, AR, AP, PO, and INV.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle R12 solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for Oracle EBS applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for functional processes.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations of Oracle R12 applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 with expertise in O2C, Procurement, and Inventory Management.
- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing (PO), and Inventory (INV) modules.
- Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle R12 applications.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle workflows, setups, and system configurations.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional issues effectively.
- Experience in working with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process flows related to O2C, Procurement, and Inventory.
- Experience in Oracle upgrades and migration projects is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certifications in E-Business Suite R12 (desirable but not mandatory).
- Experience in working with Oracle Fusion Cloud (added advantage).

- Lead end-to-end implementation projects from planning to go-live phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
