1. Handling Inbound/outbound Calls.
2. Verifying the correctness of the data and collecting the required information.
3. Meeting daily/weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual.
4. Flexible to work from home/ office and additional hours/OT or Weekend hours as per business needs.
5. Process improvement initiative

Desired profile:

1) Graduate in any stream (No BTech).

2) Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).

3) Good computer skills including MS Excel, MS office.

4) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

5) Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy.

6) Comfortable with night shift

7) Comfortable with WFO-Work from office.
