Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Handling outbound Calls.
2. This involves outreach initiatives to collect, update and verify data related to Healthcare
   Professionals, facilities and other services providers
3. Conducting outreach campaigns to verify and validate the information of Healthcare providers.

4. This ensures that the data in the provider directory is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Meeting daily/weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual

6. Flexible to work from home/ office and additional hours/OT or Weekend hours as per
business needs.

7. Process improvement initiative

Desired profile:

1) Graduate in any stream (No B Tech).

2) Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).

3) Good computer skills including MS Excel, MS office.

4) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

5) Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy.

6) Comfortable with night shift

7) Comfortable with WFO-Work from office.
