Job Description

P.O. raise as per the request send by Client
Keep tracking P.O's with Purchase
GRN confirmation from warehouse against purchase invoice
Purchase invoice booking in tally
Maintain purchase tracker with warehouse
Maintain all the purchase invoices records in hard copy as well as soft copies
Monthly sales payment file from various platform
Ledger reconciliation with Client/Vendor
Payment processing on timely
Quarterly stock reconciliation
Half yearly Ledger and stock reconciliation sign of with Client
Need to resolve any other queries as per the client requirement

Required Candidature:

Experience required: 3-5 years

Qualification: Bcom/Mcom

Tally and Excel knowledge is must

Should be comfortable to travel to warehouse
