Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for an Assistant Branch Manager at Shree Raj Khausa & Caf'e located in Surat. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Branch Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Note: Fluency in multiple languages will be a plus, but not essential.
