Please share CV on hidden_email (mention subject line - IT Infrastructure Specialist) IT infrastructure Spcialist are responsible for designing and implementing complex IT systems that support the organizations day-to-day operations. work closely withIT professionals, such as network administrators, Security , Cloud engineers to ensure the effective and efficient operations for Customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES - Develop Network design and costing for business and IT initiatives, and Provide subject matter expertise for strategy and standards development for network domains "- Perform impact analysis for critical changes and provide necessary support. (Business and IT Events, weekend activities, Change request etc ) "- Resolve or drive the resolution of network/cloud issues from start to finish. - Ensure Best configuration is alway applied in Network/Security/Cloud domain by proactive validation/consultations - Provide consultation for Major Change Request of Customes - Build good communication & bridge b/w Operations team and Porjects - Maintain a good relationship with customer by meeting customer expecation. "-The position requires the ability to develop solutions that scale in a very large and expanding multi-platform environment -Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced dynamic environment is essential, as is the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing requirements -Understanding of network/Cloud/ Security topics and implementation of various project in each domain - Knowledge with domain expertise and experiance of Could infra/Servers/ routing/swichting/firewall - Develop information security requirements according to business needs, which includes working with internal customers to implement access controls, data integrity, confidentiality, and security compliance controls - Must have experiance to build Technical documentations such as SOP/KT documents. Manage projects and select from existing and emerging technology according to business requirements. Perform troubleshooting and utilize root cause analysis to drive process improvement Install, configure, monitor, and administion solutions to provide end user system operational support -" Work with external vendors to finalise technical requirements, options for Network expansion and refresh - Generate technical documentation, client-specific best practice guises - Develop, maintain and present solution documents to customer - Infrastructure solutions (covering servers, storage and networks) to meet business requirements within an agreed delivery timeframe SLA and then fully support and manage the solution within a similar operational support SLA REQUIRED SKILL SETS (INCL. SOFT SKILLS) 1. Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university Information Technology, 2. Information Security/Assurance, Engineering or similar area of study; at least 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. 3. Demonstrated understanding of Information Security and Networking required. Demonstrated technical knowledge of current Infrastracture solutions like network security, network hardware, cloud (Azure/Goolge/AWS) 4. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues required 5. Proven ability to make decisions and perform complex problem-solving activities under pressure. 6. Previous management and project leadership experience required.
