Job Description

What You Will Do Provide analytical and result-oriented technical solutions for complex business problem. Lead process of creating recommendations through data and insights to ensure focuses are aligned to key priorities. Creatively solve complex and ambiguous problems that span numerous data systems. Perform exploratory data analysis steps. Apply statistical methods, data modeling to answer strategic questions for the business. Work with complex data, unveil insights and transform it into actionable information. Use data visualization techniques to communicate solutions to business stakeholders. Translate findings into succinct, actionable business insights, and coordinate with technical/ business partners to prepare holistic story. Present methodology and findings of analysis to a broad range of audiences, including both technical and non-technical. Enable business to make clear tradeoffs between and among choices, with a reasonable view into likely outcomes. Support and. execute rhythm of the business activities; includes preparation of materials and presenters, and post-event surveys, business reviews etc. Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, and post implementation phases of data science/ analytics modules. Lead work progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects. Own progress reporting. Develop NLP systems according to requirements. Train the developed model and run evaluation experiments. Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models. Extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP tasks. What You Need Bachelors degree in engineering/ mathematics/ statistics. SQL Server, Oracle, must be able to write complex queries Advanced understanding of probability, statistics, machine learning, data science. Expertise in data correlation/feature analysis, analysis of machine learning models, and optimizing models for accuracy. Ability to research and manipulate complex and large data sets (both distributed and non-distributed). Strong ability to synthesize complex information. Knowledge of anomalies/outliers detection using unsupervised algorithms clustering, Local Outlier Factor, Isolation Forest , etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. What is Nice to Have Previous experience of risk analysis and modelling for legal, compliance domain
