Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
Meeting the clients to understand their business and process requirements.
Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements.
Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Aiding the business team in creating documents, BRD, FRD, Workflow diagrams, and MOM as per the brief.
Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget.
Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
Giving demos of Products through virtual or face-to-face meetings.
Providing post-product/project go-live support for resolving issues.
Publishing weekly reports on Project Status to superiors.
Testing of the project (at all stages) and giving releases to the Client.
Mandatory Skills: -
Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
Basic Technical Knowledge and understanding of web technologies.
Ability to understand and comprehend client's requirements.
Traveling to clients location to gather requirements and demo.
Ability to curate BRD, FRD, Workflow diagrams, and MOM.
Preferred Skills: -
MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Workflow/Flowcharts Tools: Draw.io/
Smartdraw/ Visio / Similar Software. (For flowcharts)
Relevant Business Analyst Certification.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
