 Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Position Description: The Technical Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify project scope, gather and analyze requirements, develop project plans, and report the ongoing progress back to the management in the industry-relevant format. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the planning and implementation of assigned projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines and budgets. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Gather and analyze. business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and status reports. Facilitate meetings and workshops with project teams and stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to project team members, and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their work. should be able to do workforce management, eg, identifying the need to reskill the team members, and hiring the right talent. Evaluate and report on project outcomes, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering, or a related field. 4 to 8 years of experience in project management and business analysis. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment in an Agile way. Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. PMP, CBAP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
