: Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP BW Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing SAP BW projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP BW implementations, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end SAP BW projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project goals. Monitor. project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and deviations from the plan. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and cost control. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP BW implementation and project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP BW projects from initiation to closure. Strong understanding of SAP BW architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools. Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Solid leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. PMP or Prince2 certification Must. Experience working in an Agile environment is Must
