Maintaining day to day transactions such as cash and payments and bank reconciliation and preparing the
monthly report.
Checking, verifying, validation of invoice to ensure all details and rates are as per contract agreements.
Compensation and Benefit
Processing Travelling & Conveyance Bill of Staffs & Suppliers Bills.
Preparing & maintaining outstanding reports of Debtors & Creditors.
Finalisation of Accounts, Profit & Loss ac & Balance sheet.
Designing the salary structure for different positions
Managing the full and final settlement for resigned employees Payroll
Coordinate with the Operations team for salary processing.
Responsible for Leave Issues, Incentives, Increments, Promotions, Medical, Employee Expenses
Reimbursement, etc. after coordination with relevant departments.
Handling Payroll related queries of the employees.
Statutory Compliances
Handling PF, ESI, & PT related issues.
Handling PF Nomination, PF-Withdrawal and PF-Transfer
Co-ordinating the issues with the PF consultant
Guiding Employees filling the claims
Able to Handle Payroll Outsourcing of Clients.
Proficiency in handling PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, GST and ITR working sheet quarterly & yearly and
Assessment.
Calculation of monthly TDS reports, deposit TDS and responsible for filing TDS return.
Collecting the investment proof from employees and issuing form -16 and 16A.
Calculation of monthly GST reports, GST deposit and responsible for filing GST return.
Independently Maintaining books of accounts.
Coordination with CA, CS, Clients, Vendors.
Coordinate with the various departments for proper accounting, record keeping, Inventory control, credit
control and finalization of accounts.
Cheque issue & deposit
Generating invoice

Good communication skills.
Good working knowledge in Tally, Excel and Google Sheet.
Work as a team.
Also be able to mark and engage actual decision makers in prospective organisations.
