Job Title: PEGA Lead System Architect
Location: Chennai

Experience : 7 to 15 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced PEGA Lead System Architect with a strong background in software development and CRM system architecture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in PEGA development and architecture, including work with PEGA 8.x or later versions. This role requires a deep understanding of PEGA design patterns, CRM integration, and system best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and design PEGA-based solutions using PRPC and related frameworks.
- Architect scalable and high-performing CRM applications using PEGA.
- Implement industry-standard design patterns and best practices in PEGA projects.
- Ensure system compliance with PEGA guardrails and performance benchmarks.
- Integrate PEGA applications with CRM systems and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable business solutions.
- Review design and development work to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of overall software development experience
- At least 7 years of PEGA development and architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of PEGA PRPC and PEGA frameworks
- Hands-on experience with PEGA 8.x or later
- In-depth understanding of PEGA design patterns and CRM integration
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong database skills in SQL and Oracle
- Experience in constellation is added advantage
Certifications
- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Required
- PEGA CRM certification(s) Preferred
- Additional PEGA certifications Nice to have
