Qualifications Experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting Experience utilizing job boards, ATS and most importantly, coming up with innovative candidate sourcing techniques. Strong hiring and communication skills Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates Ability to. work in a fast-paced environment
