Assessing business and operations risks.

Legal & Statutory liaison & Compliance:- Drive Statutory Compliance on Labour Laws ,Factories Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, Employment Standing Order Act, EPF Act, Payment ofBonus Act, Employee Compensation Act, Building and other construction worker Act, ESIC Act, Employment Exchange CNV Act, Min Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Gratuity Act, MIDC,MPCB,CPCB,PESO,FDA,DIC etc.

License / Registration and returns under various  laws

Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Identifying compliance issues.

Ensuring written and verbal policies and regulations of an organization are kept in check.

Develop risk management strategies and processes.

Investigation of compliance procedures and necessary follow-up action.

Up-to-date Knowledge of Business technology and IT

Sound Understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and Security Policies

Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills

Effective Problem-solving & Critical Thinking Ability
