Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Teleperformance is immediately hiring for the role of customer support executive for domestic process.


Shifts: Rotational shift including night shift


Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer support experience to the customers over the phone.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
  • Customer Care Representative must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred candidate profile:


Excellent Communications skills are required in English and Hindi
