Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to drive innovation in education. As the AI/ML Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions that enhance our product offerings and drive business growth. Experience- Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions to address complex educational challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product. management, engineering, and data science, to define project requirements and deliverables. Drive the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms and models to improve learning outcomes and user experiences. Architect scalable and robust AI/ML systems that can handle large volumes of data and support real-time decision-making. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies in AI/ML. Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research and technologies, and assess their potential impact on Academian's products and services. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with external partners, academic institutions, and research organizations to drive innovation and thought leadership in AI/ML for education. Qualifications: Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects. Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable AI models, particularly focusing on open-source language learning models (LLM), Small LM, and generative AI. Experience in Implementing MLOps and LMMOps practices for efficient model training, deployment, and monitoring. Manage deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS. Experience in building and maintaining Web APIs using FastAPI, ensuring seamless integration with front end systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
