Job Description

Experience Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Animation and Graphic Design. Job Purpose As an Illustrator, you will be responsible for creating unique and visually captivating artwork that conveys ideas, stories, or messages. This role will have to manage the creation of the assigned illustrations/backgrounds that go into the integration of the projects by making sure the output that is created is as per the styles/ guidelines set by the Leads. The elements created are of the highest quality in media design. You should understand the importance of diversity in projects. Responsibilities Create illustrations that align with the project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience. Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure illustrations meet their expectations and objectives. Research and gather references to inspire the creative process. Develop sketches, visual storyboards, and mock-ups to present and refine visual. ideas. Review final layouts and amend the suggested improvements when necessary. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks allocated by the Leads. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. Responsible for overall Illustrations/graphics/Icons quality and planning to meet delivery timelines. Maintain organized files and documentation, including version control and asset management. Key Tasks Create illustrations that align with project requirements and brand guidelines. Use a variety of artistic techniques to produce high-quality illustrations. Collaborate with clients and creative teams to ensure illustrations meet objectives. Brainstorm and develop visual concepts for projects. Research and gather references to inform the creative process. Develop sketches, visual storyboards, and mock-ups to present visual ideas. Incorporate feedback and iterate on illustrations to achieve the desired direction. Communicate progress, challenges, and potential revisions. Maintain organized files and documentation. Meet all project requirements and exceed expectation to WOW the customer with enhanced customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration styles and techniques.
