We are dedicated to creating innovative solutions for efficient and sustainable energy storage. Role And Responsibilities Design and develop hardware for battery swapping operations Draft Electrical Schematic and PCB layout for mixed signal boards Draft Electrical Wiring Diagram for stations Select power supplies as per station requirements Design test equipment for hardware Size bus bar, power cables, and switchgear accessories based on load requirements Analyze load of swap stations based on feedback from operations team Understand and define functionalities of swap stations Draft product development reports Identify root cause of hardware malfunctions and prepare RCA report Basic understanding of CAN-based battery management systems and IoT devices Identify and finalize core functionalities of CAN-based smart charging solutions Maintain and. ensure safety of Lithium-ion battery packs Identify and solve station issues remotely for abroad clients Quality check for incoming COTS hardware Prepare earthing pit preparation procedure Supervise wiring of swap stations Inspect PDI report for outgoing swap stations Prepare FMEA and test reports for hardware Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience in hardware design and development Knowledge of Electrical standards Familiarity with CAN-based battery management systems and IoT devices Understanding of Lithium-ion battery packs and their safety considerations Required Skills Hardware Design Electrical Schematic PCB Layout Power Supply Selection Problem Solving Skills: battery packs,altium pcb designer,power cables,arduino ide,octave,design spark electrical,microsoft office suite,pdi report,can-based battery management systems,lithium-ion battery packs,matlab,qelectrotech,electrical wiring diagram,thermal runaway,lt spice,product development reports,quality check,battery swapping operations,test reports,electrical schematic,hardware systems engineer,bus bar,identify station issues
