Brief Description about Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMart):
Avenue Supermarts Limited, is a two-decade old company and is into retail business. Avenue Supermarts Limited operates one of the leading and popular supermarket chains under the brand name DMart and has currently 330 stores operational in 12 States of India. The corporate office of Avenue Supermarts Limited is in Thane, Maharashtra.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Candidates will be based at Thane and provide support to the Manager procurement at Head Office
2.Responsible in discharging responsibilities like computation of civil work quantities, preparing the documentation for negotiations / finalization, preparation of contract documents and follow up with vendor for necessary inputs (documentation, negotiation, etc.)
3.He / she will be a responsible for understanding scope of work, proper study of drawings, billing, quantity estimation and initial estimation of rates.
4.Maintain proper and accurate records and documentation.
5.Prepare relevant reports as required from time to time.
6.The ideal candidate must be a graduate / Diploma Civil engineer, sincere, hard-working, good in co-ordination, organized and must possess an eye for detail.
Desired Candidate Profile.
1.Excellent Analytical skills.2.Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills, good at multitasking.3.Academic Qualification: a degree/ diploma in civil engineering4.Technical Skills: Computer skills - Excellent in excel and word, AutoCAD.5.Thorough technical knowledge, site execution knowledge & software knowledge.
