Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP HCM Time Management to deliver impactful solutions to our clients in Hyderabad.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP HCM Time Management applications, ensuring highquality deliverables that meet client requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise in SAP HCM Time Management and other relevant technologies. Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in SAP HCM Time Management and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management. Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP HCM Time Management applications. Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management functionality and related modules. Experience with SAP HCM Time Management integration with other SAP modules. Experience with SAP HCM Time Management reporting and analytics. Experience with SAP HCM Time Management data migration and conversion. Experience with SAP HCM Time Management enhancements and customizations.
Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Time Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP HCM Time Management solutions. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
