Job Description

  • Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including live chat handling, targeted web search, cold calling and e mail campaigning.
  • Lead generation, lead qualification, nurturing, and tracking.
Required Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong listening, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to do multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (3 PM to 11 PM) and (11 PM to 7 AM).
