Monitor Absenteeism and Unauthorized leave at the Hub and take control measures.
Process Payroll input for employee
Control attrition. Identify reasons for attrition. Conduct Exit Interviews and update Hub In-Charge and Zonal HRBP.
Maintain MIS (Records) of Employees Performance and Productivity.
Communicate changes in employee policies and processes from time to time.
Conduct Townhall for effective communication for theirspan.
Support and Coordinate with HUB In-Charge on employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with Zonal HRBP and resolve employee queries related to benefits and compliances.
Creating awareness of Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) and Code of Conduct (COC).
Support Hub In-Charge on employee grievance redressal.
Field visit observation of HR Processes at the Hubs.
On Roll Joining formality and On boarding & Documentation.
Enrol Employees in Medical Insurance Scheme.
Processing New Employee ID, Email ID and ESIC Card as applicable.
Create SF Login.
Activate Flipsters Support login.
Track Daily Attendance and Update Duty Roster.
Ensure Shop & Establishment and other labour compliances for all HUBS.
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to obtain the list of new recruits for on boarding activities.
Coordinate with the Training team to ensure that trained new recruits are deployed at the Hub.
To succeed in this role you should have the following:
Having skills and knowledge of Recruitment, Selection, Payroll Processing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Disciplinary Process and Statutory Compliances.
Fluency in reading and writing in English. Knowledge of local/vernacular language is necessary.
Operational Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry will be preferred.
Skill and knowledge of operating HR based ERP.
Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Outlook mail.
