Job Description

Stakeholder Management role needs to identify the stakeholders followed by engaging and implementing stakeholder management plan. To define and develop overall Project Management and Execution Strategy providing oversight and leadership in executing projects from planning to completion. To ensure on time Contract Management and Permitting execution. To control project Cost, Time and Scope. Management of contractors and suppliers to meet the project deliverables. Project execution through requirement management. Develop a strategy and management to deliver the project with ZERO safety Loss Time incident. Ensure adherence of Dinex EHS standard and of. guidance execution into reality by contractors. Ensure the successful execution of the project activities through proper staffing, judicious expenditure of budgets and scheduling. Managing budgets, resources and relationships to achieve organizational objectives, as well as planning, developing and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor all key project performance indices against objectives S curves Equipment Order, Design package, Cash flow etc. Clearly define and communicate responsibilities and authorities (RACI) of all project team members. Clearly define each team members role and function and coordinate all team activities throughout the life cycle of a project.
