Desirable Qualifications Experience in any Agri based sector such as Agristartups, FPOs/FPC or any startup ecosystem enablers. The individual is required to be a proactive problem solver, multitasked with exceptional businesscommunication & writing skills. A tech savvy / enthusiast with good know-how of tools that helps optimize work. Ability to work as part of team and liaise with several stakeholders in a friendly and professional demeanor. Roles & Responsibilities Building a support mechanism at the incubation forum. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the community. Identify source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls, emails and stakeholders visits. Designing collaborative initiatives along with stakeholders. Benchmark best practices of national and international ecosystem by analyzing trends. Develop strategy to help more thematic communities/ groups for supportingincubatees and ensure. prospecting, discovery meetings, customized partnership proposals, and follow-ups are delivered in a timely manner. Handling grievances from incubated start-ups and work towards regulatory simplifications Work closely with key enablers of the ecosystem such as Incubatees, accelerators, investors, mentors
