Project Description: Applications are invited for the position of Senior QA Manual/Automation for Web App with Telecom expertise, working for the one of Luxoft clients as part of a telecom test solution engineering team. The successful candidate will work as a key member of the telecom test solution Engineering team. We are contributing to a family of products that are used for functional, system integration, capacity and stress testing in the lab and emulate up 1000's of mobile devices, across multiple cells to set up and test 4G and 5G Base Stations. Responsibilities: o Work closely with development engineering, product management, and customer solution engineering team to test and validate features functionality and system test profiles for data center networks, network security and routing technologies. o Develop test strategy, test topology and test plan to validate the features end-to-end at scale with network security considerations o Understand various customer. deployments and solutions across data center networks, security, routing and switching and validate customer profiles o Execute test cases and validate the solution end-to-end and document the test results on performance, scale and security o Collaborate with development team to translate software requirements into high-quality test automation suites o Debug and troubleshoot complex issues and work closely with the engineering team on the failures and validate the fixes o Develop automation for the end-to-end solution validation and integrate the automation for seamless validation o Finding and alleviating architectural bottlenecks, providing solutions that truly help our customers achieving the same. o Review customer deployments and customer found issues and address any gaps in the test coverage o Involve in customer deployments and customer escalations and help the customers to deploy in the customer environment Mandatory Skills Description: o Overall QA background of 5+ years o QA experience in Agile SCRUM team having a QA Automation role focused on WebUI automated testing (e.g. usage of Selenium WebDriver) o Java programming knowledge is required 3+ years o Automated Testing for WebUI 3+ years, experience in test harness or framework development o Practical experience in testing networking or telecom domain-related applications 1+ years o Work hands-on experience with containerized deployments Docker/Kubernetes o Agile delivery experience o Experience in performance, scale and convergence testing and analyzing performance-related issues and improving the performance and convergence at system level o Ability to develop and publish solution validation document and test reports o Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization: Product Management, Technical Marketing, Field Sales, Documentation and Development Team o Highly motivated and self-driven o Able to collaborate cross-functionally to meet challenging goals Nice-to-Have Skills: o Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware (vCenter, NSX), OpenStack and Linux OS variants such as Ubuntu, CentOS, KVM is a plus o CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, other) o JIRA/Confluence Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
