Position: MFT Administrator

Experience: 4+ Years

Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent

Location: Sun Technologies, Hennur Cross, Bangalore

Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Free 2 ways cab with dinner from company)

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) 5 days

Interview Mode: Virtual

Mandatory Skills: Any MFT, preferred Tibco

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory support for IBM Sterling (Connect: Direct on Unix, Control Center)
• Copious experience with Connect: Direct and Control Center
• Extensive hands-on experience with administration (building/updating integrations) and support for IBM Sterling (Connect: Direct on Unix, Control Center) and TIBCO Managed File Transfer (Command Center, Platform Server for Unix, Platform Server for z/OS, dni)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) across different forums (meeting, in-person, email, chat) and can tailor based on the audience (customers, leadership, etc.)
• Works well independently (with little to no instruction) and with others on the team
• Inquisitive and proactive
• Strong documentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience upgrading Connect: Direct on UNIX, Windows, z/OS
• Experience implementing Control Centre
• Experience developing/managing shell scripts
• Experience with deploying apps on containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and GKE
• Experience setting up alerts, monitoring, and dashboards in Google Cloud Console
