Job Description

To lead the accounts work and be responsible for the maintenance of full and accurate accounting records Finalization of Accounts in compliance with the Accounting Standards, according to Companies Act and Income tax act Ensure the availability of historical records and books of accounts/ other accounting records of all group entities/individuals for the period as specified by law, from time to time Devise, implement and ensure timely reporting of an effective MIS system Preparation of Balance Sheet & Financial Statements Liaison with tax authorities and auditors as and when required Preparation of Income Tax Returns, TDS returns, GST returns and any other returns as required by law Coordinate with the auditors, respond to their queries and ensure completion of audits in a timely manner and ensure filing of these with specified authorities as required. Handling & Resolving departmental queries Coordinating with the CAs of the company Coordinating with. the Banks/Housing Finance Companies/Financial Institutions. Supervise and guide the accounts staff Ensuring overall team efficiency and performance Preferred candidate profile Education Qualification should be M.Com / Inter CA / ICWA / CA Should have at least 15 years work experience Experience in NBFC will be an added advantage Should have good analytical skills Should be a good team player Knowledge of ERP System is a must Should be possessing financial knowledge Job Type: Full-time Salary: 800,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Management: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 hidden_mobile
