Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Accounts & Finance at Ark Golden India Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara. The Manager - Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the accounts and financial operations of the company, including managing accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with other. departments to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Min. 5 years experience with manufacturing industry preferable. Masters degree / MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis Experience in managing accounts and financial operations Must be well versed with Forex Banking transactions, Balance sheet, and Profit & Loss account. Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, English language proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team
