Post: Account Executive

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad

Job Profile:
1. Maintaining the accounting records for GST.
2. Sales Accounting (All activities from invoicing, collection, credit
3. You Should make Bank reconciliation
4. Notes. Debit Notes, GST charged.)
5. Balance sheet preparation
6. Journal Accounting (Passing necessary journals for routine accounts, TDS deductions, monthly reports, salary journals)
7. Scrutiny of accounts, maintenance of debtors and creditors ledger, bank book, cash book and petty cash book and general ledger
8. Managing the preparation and maintenance of statutory books accounts including,
9. reconciliation statements and financial statement ensuring compliance with time and accuracy norms.
10. Bank payments accounting
11. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts (On Daily Basis)
12. Maintenance of cash accounts.
13. Providing the necessary details of Debtors and Creditors for the MSOD submission.
