Are you a go-getter with a passion for field sales and client engagement? PagarBook is expanding its Sales team and looking for BDMs/Sr. BDMs to drive growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Field Sales (Individual Contributor role)
• Own the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation Product Demo Deal Closure
• Engage with SMEs across Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, and more
• Deliver on targets with a high-performance incentive structure

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/SME field sales
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and field-ready
• Owns a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
