Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Quick-commerce, E-commerce, and D2C platforms to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Innovation and Optimization: Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously identify opportunities for innovation, and optimize platform performance for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to make informed decisions, measure key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement in. platform performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless integration of Quick-commerce, E-commerce, and D2C initiatives. Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Quick-commerce, E-commerce, and D2C platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, reliable, and aligned with business goals. Brand Representation: Act as the brand ambassador for our Quick-commerce, E-commerce, and D2C initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing Quick-commerce, E-commerce, or D2C platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
