Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our B2B sales initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. This role demands an individual with proven leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the B2B pharmaceutical landscape, and the ability to strategize and execute effective sales plans. You will be responsible for leading a team in market research, business development, and managing key client relationships, both locally and internationally. Responsibilities 1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets. Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve exceptional performance. 2. Market and Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Monitor competitors" activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key business clients. Oversee negotiations and. the closure of deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. 4. Performance Management: Set sales targets and track team performance against these goals. Provide regular feedback, training, and support to enhance team capabilities. 5. Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build a network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities. 6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed sales reports and analyses for senior management. Utilize CRM software to manage client data and sales activities. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales and team leadership. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
