- Principal Process Engineer Pharma Principal/Lead Process Engineer from Pharma Industry only (experienced in Injectable / Biologics facility design) Immediate joiner or candidates with 30 days" notice period will be preferred. Qualification: Chemical (B.Tech /B.E/M.E/M.Tech) Experience: 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical engineering consultancies / pharma companies (Project division- of Injectable / Biologics facilities) Skill Required - Should be able to handle a team of 4-6 members. Should be able to perform as well as guide team for below activities: Process capacity calculation for Process PFD/ PMD design Process scheduling Mass Balance calculation Drain philosophy and calculation. URS Vial filling, inspection and leak detection, packaging, Lyophilize, Formulation Skid, Bioreactor, TFF, centrifuge, chromatography, etc. URS / Philosophy CIP . SIP Process P& ID design Process description / GMP concept Water system design PW, WFI, PS Men / Material movement Layout design / review Technical & commercial Bid Evaluation VDR Vendor document review Knowledge of qualification and validation documentation and activities FAT/ SAT/IQ/OQ Well versed at interdisciplinary co-ordination Well versed at cGMP guidelines Sound knowledge of ASME BPE/ ISPE Resource allocation Should have - Experience in leading client/vendor discussions. Prior experience in facing GMP audits is preferrable. Prior experience in pharma engineering consultancy is preferred
