Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate in. Biotechnology with a specialization in Molecular Biology to join our dynamic research team. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research projects aimed at advancing our understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying various biological processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct molecular biology experiments independently and as part of a collaborative research team. Design, plan, and execute experiments to investigate biological pathways, gene expression, protein interactions, and other relevant molecular processes. Perform DNA/RNA isolation, purification, and analysis using various molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, gel electrophoresis, and nucleic acid sequencing. Cultivate and maintain cell lines, including primary cells and established cell lines, with proficiency in aseptic technique and cell culture methodologies. Assist in the development and optimization of novel molecular biology assays and techniques. Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, presentations, and publications. Maintained laboratory equipment, ensure proper calibration, and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Stay updated with the latest advancements in molecular biology research and contribute to the integration of new technologies and methodologies into ongoing projects. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including scientists, researchers, and technicians, to achieve project objectives and milestones. Qualifications: PhD in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant research experience in molecular biology or biotechnology. Freshers with exceptional academic backgrounds will also be considered. Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, qPCR, cloning, and gene expression analysis. Strong hands-on experience with cell culture techniques, including cell line maintenance, transfection, and cell-based assays. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in experimental design, data analysis, and troubleshooting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. A demonstrated track record of productivity and contributions to scientific publications or presentations is highly desirable. Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and data analysis software is a plus
