PS- On Wednesdays, we work from home ;) Team & Job Position: A Day in The Life of our Travel Designer: - Handle enquiries and manage client expectations before, during and after a trip - Design and prepare travel itineraries as per the clients" brief - Prepare costings and proposals for travel itineraries - Communicate and coordinate start-to-end travel requests with the clients - Build relationship with partners and suppliers - Create initiatives to streamline processes within the department - Constantly work on ways to minimise the cost of operations and maximise profits - Prepare monthly and annual sales and production reports - Improvise and work on a solution driven approach What youll need: - Graduate with a B'Com degree. - 3-5 years experience in handling international travel operations - Having travelled internationally would be a plus - Knowledge of Amadeus and basic knowledge on visas - Specialist certifications from various International Tourism Boards would be taken into consideration - Should have knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost control to bring efficiency - Thorough with Excel - Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills - Great team player - Communication skills
