Role Description: This is a full-time on-site position for the Swadesh Darshan 2.0 project, by Ministry of Tourism, GoI, aimed at holistic development of tourist destinations. INI Design Studio is the appointed Project Development and Management Consultant (PDMC), for the state of Goa. We are looking for an experienced Tourism / Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in carrying out the site activities in Colva, Goa. Key Responsibilities: Conduct. tourist surveys, and other consultation Carry out site visits Assisting in creating destination specific data/content for various marketing initiatives. Assist the Destination Management Committee (DMC) and Department of Tourism in investment promotion at the destination. Assist in Data Collection Assist in development of various presentations, reports and documents. Coordinating scheme level events and initiatives at the destination in support of State/Implementing Agency. Any other task required to be undertaken for destination development and improvement. Essential Requirements: Bachelors in any field, preferably in Tourism Management or related field. Work experience of minimum 4 years in tourism industry. Additional Requirements/Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). Excellent Communication Skills Highly organized and detail-oriented thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Problem solving attitude. Willing to travel to project locations for extended periods of time. Local candidates / those with prior work experience in Goa preferred.
