Coordinate scheduling adjustments and manage the doctor's calendar effectively. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Respond to patient inquiries, providing information on services, procedures, and appointment availability. Liaise between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication. Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the doctor. Relay messages, test results, and prescription requests between the doctor and patients. Maintain communication systems, including phone lines, email, and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
