Job Description

• Consulting with clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences
• Inspecting and preparing the installation surface, including cleaning, leveling, and removing old flooring
• Measuring and cutting flooring materials accurately to ensure a proper fit
• Installing flooring materials according to the specified design or pattern
• Applying adhesives, grout, or other bonding agents to secure the flooring
• Utilizing equipment and tools such as hammers, chisels, sanders, saws, and nail guns
• Sealing and finishing the installed floor to enhance its appearance and durability
• Conducting post-installation inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining safety standards during all stages of the installation process
• Providing advice on flooring care and maintenance to clients
