A site clerk supports all elements of the site through technology, organizational skills and the preparation of site documentation. Generally speaking, your responsibilities in your career as a site clerk would include: Assisting the foreperson and site manager with day to day activities.

Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.   work of site clerk   The Site Clerk must maintain a holistic view of the project, while appreciating the details of various parts of the work. The Site Clerk deals with all on site documentation such as delivery dockets, timesheets, health + safety certificates etc. Handling all enquiries to site.
