Job description

The incumbent is responsible for managing implementation of MEP services in a project to ensure timeliness and quality of MEP activities. This is done through:

• tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Management Consultants/ MEP contractors
• driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms
• timely resolution of issues
• implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location

Responsible for supervising and inspecting skilled plumbing and welding work. 2. Plans and assigns workmen and oversees the installation and repair of hot and cold water, oil, steam or gas pipes and necessary connections. 3.
