Job Description
- Ability to design, develop and implement AI/ML algorithms
- Ability to lead a project start to finish and guide other members who are new to AI-ML
- Statistics
- Machine learning
- Deep learning
- Model tuning
- Data preparation techniques
- Productionizing models
- AI-ML Engineer or Data Scientist with 4 10 Years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience in at least 3+ Machine learning and Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, Sklearn, PyTorch etc)
- Strong command on data preparation techniques and processes that precede model training
- Hands on experience on at least 2+ Data exploration tools (Pandas, Numpy etc)
- Hands on experience on at least 1 ML coding languages (Python, R etc)
- Working knowledge of concepts of statistics is a huge plus
- Theoretical and intuitive understanding of ML/DL algorithms is a huge value-add
- Experience handling large and/or highly skewed data is a good-to-have
- Must have worked on 3 to 5 projects implementing AI/ML algorithms and productionizing the same
- Must have good communication and is a good team player
- Willingness to learn new domains technologies
