Job Summary: The Field Onboarding and Service Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that
our clients have a smooth onboarding experience and receive excellent ongoing support. This role
involves traveling to client sites, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing
hands-on assistance to ensure clients are getting the most out of PagarBooks platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
o
Conduct in-person training sessions with new clients to ensure they understand how to use
PagarBooks platform.
o
o
Assist clients in setting up their accounts, configuring settings, and uploading necessary data.
Develop tailored onboarding plans that address specific client needs and ensure a smooth
transition.
Customer Support:
o
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in your region, addressing their questions and
concerns.
o
o
Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for any technical issues or questions that arise.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating with internal support and
development teams.
Relationship Management:
o

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to
the product team.

Educate clients on new features and updates to maximize their use of the platform..
Experience:
o
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding, training,
or customer support.
Skills
o
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts
in simple terms.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using software and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
