What you'll Do:
Lead bold campaigns with creative minds who understand regional flavor
Drive awareness, consideration, SOV, SOE & acquisition across southern states
Influence business levers like engagement, retention, and revenue
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Digital, and Media teams
Dive deep into regional segmentation, and measure campaign effectiveness
Pitch big ideas, pilot regional experiments, learn and iterate quickly
What you'll Need:
3 9 years of brand marketing experience (consumer tech or youth brands preferred)
Experience managing full-funnel campaigns (TV, OTT, Digital, Radio, OOH)
Strong agency partnership skills both creative and media
Comfort working across languages and regional content styles (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam)
Analytical approach with creative instincts
Passion for storytelling, cultural insights, and market-specific messaging
