What we are looking for:

Must Have:

• ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation, upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of HANA Database administration, DB and client installation and upgrades
• BOBJ systems installation, upgrade and troubleshooting
• S4HANA conversion, migration, upgrade and troubleshooting

Good to Have:

• Good experience in Basis tasks, should be able to provide solution/consulting on Basis issues
• Working knowledge of production support projects w.r.t incidents, service requests and RCA

Expectation from the role:

• SAP Basis support on incidents, outages and service requests
• Plan and handle tasks independently
• Collaborate with other teams in providing solutions to customer issues and requests until closure
• ITSM knowledge/experience - Incident, Service, Change, and Problem management
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a positive can-do & self-starter attitude
