Job Title: AI Technical Architect
Level: Senior
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with expertise in designing enterprise-grade IT systems and a strong background in Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) architecture. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in various programming languages, including Golang, NodeJS, Java, and Solidity. With a focus on decentralized ecosystems, cloud deployment, and system architecture, the Architect will play a key role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in the agile development process, delivering user stories independently or leading a team.
- Independent resolution of complex technical issues and efficient collaboration with external experts.
- Mentorship and coaching of team members in technology.
- Effective management of internal and external stakeholders with strong communication skills.
- Demonstration of a broad knowledge base covering various topics managed by Technology.
Key Focused Responsibilities:
1. System Design and Architecture:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in crafting and architecting enterprise-grade IT systems.
- Spearhead Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) architecture, encompassing Proof of Work, Consensus, Trustworthy distributed computing, and smart contracts.
2. Technical Proficiency:
- Apply extensive coding and programming skills in GoLang, NodeJS, Java, and Solidity.
- Engage in front-end development using AngularJS, React, and Spring MVC.
- Contribute to DLT, particularly Hyper Ledger, through coding in NodeJS or GoLang.
- Develop REST services utilizing popular frameworks such as Spring Boot, CXF, and RestEasy.
3. Infrastructure Deployment:
- Formulate deployment strategies for decentralized ecosystems in collaboration with Cloud BaaS partners like AWS and Azure
4. Database and System Optimization:
- Implement expertise in database design, API design, messaging patterns, cache design, and load balancer optimization.
- Leverage knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and distributed databases like MongoDB.
5. Technical Leadership:
- Serve as a System Architect with comprehensive skills in backend design and coding.
- Contribute to the agile development process by delivering user stories independently and leading teams when required.
6. Technology Integration:
- Showcase knowledge of continuous integration (CI) technologies, including Jenkins.
- Implement automated testing practices using Junit and TestNG.
- Employ hands-on experience in Scrum and test-driven development (TDD) SDLC models.
7. UI Frameworks and Design Patterns:
- Contribute to the development of user interfaces using frameworks like JSF, JQuery, and Prime Faces.
- Apply Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), UML, and common design patterns in the design process.
8. Stakeholder Management:
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Mentor and coach team members in technology-related areas to foster continuous learning and development.
9. Broad Knowledge Demonstrations:
- Exhibit a breadth of knowledge across various topics managed by Technology.
10. AI/ML Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Formulate a comprehensive AI/ML strategy aligned with organizational goals, incorporating emerging trends and technologies.
11. Technical Vision and Roadmap:
- Develop an innovative technical vision for AI/ML within the organization.
- Create a roadmap for AI solution implementation, emphasizing scalability and adaptability, with a specialized focus on applied Generative AI Modules.
12. Collaboration with Tech Teams:
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to overcome challenges efficiently, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
13. Solution Design:
- Architect scalable and robust AI/ML solutions, leveraging a range of technologies, including:
- Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes
- Data Processing: Apache Spark, Hadoop Model Monitoring: MLflow, Tensor Board Applied Generative AI Modules: GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders)
14. Quantitative Value Measurement:
- Define and implement metrics and KPIs for measuring the quantitative impact of AI implementations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to monitor and optimize the performance of AI solutions, specifically focusing on applied Generative AI Modules.
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in designing enterprise-grade IT systems.
- Extensive experience in Blockchain/DLT architecture, including Proof of Work, Consensus, Trustworthy distributed computing, and smart contracts. Knowledgeable about design and engineering standards of DLT networks.
- Proficient in deploying strategies with Cloud BaaS partners like AWS and Azure.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as AngularJS/React/Spring MVC.
- Expertise in Hyperledger with coding experience in NodeJS or GoLang.
- Experience in REST service development using popular frameworks (Spring Boot, CXF, RestEasy).
- Familiarity with RDBMS (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and distributed databases like MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with build frameworks (Maven, Ant).
- Applied knowledge of application servers such as Apache Tomcat, Jboss, and Websphere.
- Strong background as a System Architect with skills in backend design and coding.
- Previous experience working with SAS-based products.
- Programming and Technology Expertise: Proficient in multiple programming languages, including Python, Java, or C++. Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikitlearn. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Advanced skills in data processing technologies, including Apache Spark and Hadoop. Hands-on experience with model monitoring tools like MLflow and Tensor Board. Specialized knowledge in applied Generative AI Modules, implementing GANs, VAEs, and related techniques
Additional Requirements:
- In-depth experience in database design, API design, messaging patterns, cache design, and load balancer optimization.
- Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) technologies like Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience in automated testing with Junit, TestNG.
- Familiarity with Scrum and test-driven development (TDD) SDLC model.
- Expertise with hands-on UI frameworks like JSF, JQuery, and Prime Faces.
- Preferred experience with Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, CBAM, and ATAM.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), with knowledge of UML and common design patterns.
- Certification in Hyperledger Fabric is preferred
